Our clinic hours are flexible allowing appointments up to 6.00pm.
Weekends are generally taken up by our association with sports people and performers but when we are available, weekend appointments are treated as Emergency only, with a charge of £60.00 per appointment.
Your first appointment with us will take a bit more time, usually about an hour. We charge £48.00 for this appointment.
Subsequent appointments (approx 30 minutes) are charged at £38 per session.
Note: Massage Treatments; Half hour (generally neck/back and shoulders or legs). Full Hour (generally full body).
Payment is required at time of appointment and we can accept UK registered Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cheque and cash.
We still accept cheques issued against a UK bank account with the clients’ address written on the back. We ask you to do this because the cheque guarantee card system became invalid after 30th June 2011.
Cheques should be made payable to: The Sportsphysio.com.
We can only accept payment in GBP Sterling, Cheques issued against a UK bank account, UK registered credit or debit cards. Alternatively we can invoice you on a pro forma basis or upon request, provide our International Bank Account Number (IBAN)* for direct transfer.
*Currency conversion charges may apply.
Vouchers are available and make a great gift for those who use sports therapy or rehabilitation services. These can be purchased via our secure online shop, telephone or e.mail.
PayPal – We have also enabled a facility to allow customers to pay via PayPal using their account, credit or debit cards. This will be agreed at the time of booking and we will send you a PayPal invoice via e.mail which will need to be paid before your appointment.
You can also pre-pay by using the button below. Then simply ring us to arrange your appointment.
Don’t worry if you need to change your appointment…we will carry the payment over. However, if you are not re-appointing, we will have to charge a refund fee equivalent to that of the PayPal processing charge. Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice or non attendance will not be refunded.
Charges are reviewed annually but can be subject to change without notice.
We do require at least 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to pass your appointment to somebody else and in this case we reserve our right to make a charge for the missed appointment.
What do I need to bring with me?
Reading glasses – if you use them, as you will be required to fill out a simple form on your first appointment.
Details of medications – Please bring details of any prescription medications with you.
Imaging – If you have had private X-rays or scans, you can bring these along to aid the consultation or you may have a previous consultant’s report which is very useful.
Insurance & Legal
Our treatments are accepted by many health insurers who provide cover for sports or alternative therapies. We advise that you check with your insurer and ourselves first.
A policy which covers you for “physiotherapy”, may not cover you for treatment at our clinic.
We undertake work at the request of insurers or Solicitors upon their written instruction.
(Please note that fees for treatments and associated reporting may vary depending on requirements).
Please ask for a quotation.
