Back by popular demand, renowned Yoga teachers from the area are offering classes on 23rd June 2019
Over 200 people enjoyed Yoga and meditation classes on the beautiful lawns of Bitts Park last year and this year there are even more opportunities to try yoga and meditation surrounded by nature.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or strong to do yoga. There are classes and styles to suit everyone’s needs from relaxing, to strengthening, to more fast paced and everything in between.
This event is FREE to attend! But bring your pocket money because there will be lots of great trade stands, including taster sessions of massage/treatments/holistic therapies and so much more!
Classes are free to attend with the option of contributing into an honesty box to help sustain the event and a chance to win some prizes!
