FEES
Course fees payable upon application. We are unable to reserve places without payment.
VAT is not payable on items except otherwise stated.

WORKSHOP/SEMINAR REQUIREMENTS
You must be physically able to carry out the practical training.
Where proior qualification is required, this will be noted in the course details.
Applicants must be over the age of 18.

UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT YOU WILL RECEIVE;
Confirmation of the booking.
Course synopsis / timetable.
Directions to the venue (Please inform us if you require disabled access or have any special needs).
Menu for lunch along with voucher; As the menu varies on a daily basis we only need to know if people require vegetarian
options or have any special dietary requirement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The Sportsphysio.com reserve the right to cancel or change a seminar or workshop at any time, you will be refunded your payment or an alternative date arranged.
Refunds are not available if you are not able to attend, but we will do our best to make a place available on an alternative date where spaces allow and if given enough notice,
If we are able to fill the space from our waiting list, we may be able to refund your fee.
In all refund cases a handling fee of £5.00 applies, which will be deducted from the original fee paid.

We do ot share information with other companies or organisations.

COOKIES: We do use cookies to store relevent data to do with your order and for tracking purposes.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card`s expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order.
We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

We do not pass any information to third parties except for the completion of your order such as a courier. This may involve some incorrect calculations or error messages.
